Purpose of the Role
To successfully manage and operate the front desk to serve guests and students.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Uphold and honor Academy Core Values, Mission, Vision, and Objectives
- Follows all Policies and Procedures
- Schedule and confirm guest services
- Disperse guests for equitable educational opportunities for students
- Oversee guest relations
- Set monthly retail and promotional displays
- Assist students and staff with retailing products
- Daily reconciliation of cash drawer
- Inventory all products (backbar and retail)
- Assist with weekly ordering
- Provide weekly reports for team
- Ensure that all company and school policies,standards, and objectives are followed
Academic, Certifications & Trade Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience, Skills & Strengths
- 1 year work experience preferably customer service
- Be able to work in a busy work environment
- Strong customer service ability
- Pleasant communicator
- Accurately keep records
- Great team player
- Dependable and organized
